warm winter weather

it's been warmer than normal here in portland and it makes me think that harvest season is right around the corner. unfortunately, it's still january. this picture makes me smile and reminds me that the fruits and vegetables are coming!

i always think that january would be a hard month to have a birthday after all the hoopla of the holidays...so to all those that have a birthday in january - here is your candle and wish for a great birthday!
